14 Years Rock’N Australia

Today, exactly 14 years ago, my adventure in Australia started. It started
before, but on the 3rd of February 2007, at 20:15, my plane left Frankfurt/Main
direction, Brisbane. I have said it before; it was one of my better decisions
in life. The fact that I’m still living here proofs it.

At the time, I’ve started to write a Blog. I didn’t think it would run for
14 years. One thousand three hundred ninety-five entries and 321022 written
words; still going and counting. Of course, the entries topics and style
changed over the years, but it says something about persistence. Even if the
times are tough, persistence will get you out. I say it is quite an accomplishment
to write 14 years, I never thought I would make it.
